Z-95 Headhunter, N'Dru Suhlak

Okay... a quick post. There's waiting in the wings a Unseen Crusader (done up as Robotech at a friend's request), a Lyran Guard Awesome (then and now), and a Robotech Phalanx Destroid (artillery).

But, for now, the Z-95 Headhunter. Now, I don't know a thing about X-Wing, aside from the typical knowledge a nerd gleans over time about Star Wars in general. The Battletech encyclopedia known commonly as "Chuck" asked if I could paint this miniature to look like the picture of one on the cards of the game. First, these X-Wing miniatures are already painted, so, I was basically painting over what was there.  Pulled out the panel lines in grey, painted the engines to correspond to the image, and then painted the nose art.  It came out pretty good, though photographing it was a pain with trying to manage the over-exposure from the white on the black background. It's scaled not unlike Battletech, with this miniature around 2 inches long.
